Using MyFavoritePlay
By creating an account or using the community features, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in details and be at least 16 years old. Do not use the service unlawfully or attempt to bypass security, access another account, scrape restricted data or disrupt the website.
Reviews and community content
Your reviews must be genuine, relevant and respectful. Do not post harassment, hate, personal data, spam, copied text, illegal material or content that infringes another person’s rights. You keep ownership of content you create and give MyFavoritePlay a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display and format it only for operating and promoting the service. You can remove a review; backup copies may take a limited time to expire.
Moderation, rewards and accounts
We may hide or remove content, reverse XP or coin rewards, restrict features or suspend an account when reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, rights protection or enforcement of these terms. Automated quality scores are supporting signals, not a promise of monetary value. Coins, XP, ranks and badges are virtual community features, are not money and cannot be sold or redeemed unless a future feature expressly says otherwise.
Game information and links
Release dates, prices, discounts, platforms and availability can change. Confirm the game, edition, platform, region and final price with the linked official store before acting. Third-party purchases are between you and that provider. MyFavoritePlay is not affiliated with or endorsed by game publishers unless explicitly stated.
Intellectual property
MyFavoritePlay’s original design, writing, logo and software are protected. Game names, trademarks, screenshots and promotional artwork remain the property of their respective owners and are shown for identification, commentary and discovery. If you own rights in material shown here and believe its use is unauthorised, email info@myfavoriteplay.com with the URL, identification of the work and your contact details; we will review and, where appropriate, remove or replace it promptly.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or that all third-party information is error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, MyFavoritePlay is not responsible for indirect loss caused by third-party stores, external services or decisions based solely on changing catalogue information.
Ending use and changes
You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may update these terms for legal, safety or service changes; material updates will show a new date. Questions can be sent to info@myfavoriteplay.com.
